Morning weigh-in "stall-weight" + 3.6 lb. How come my weight is rising as my calories fall?

rump steak and creamed mushrooms

Dinner - Cals: 422; Fat: 36g; Net Carbs: 3g; Protein: 20g
M & S sausages with salad & mayo

Snacks - Cals: 464; Fat: 39g; Net Carbs: 3g; Protein: 25g
M & S sausage with mayo
30g Cheddar made into crisps
hard-boiled egg

Daily totals: Cals: 1652; Fat: 135g; Net Carbs: 8g; Protein: 97g
