Mixed grill

Today I took my friend to our new butchers. She said she had a fridge and freezer full of meat ... but she was so impressed she bought chicken pieces and Cumberland sausages! I bought thick Cumberland sausages and beautiful back bacon, which we had in a mixed grill with a piece of the ribeye steak I bought last Saturday.

Everything was excellent; the bacon didn't ooze gunge into the pan; the big, fat, juicy sausages were succelent, despite being mainly meat; and the steak just melted in the mouth. I forgot to photograph it before tucking in, so the raw ingredients will have to do!
